Terms & Conditions

1. Hana gift cards are unique.
2. It is not possible to present and use more than one card per visit.
3. Gift cards are valid for 3 months and cannot be extended.
4. Gift card credits cannot be converted into cash.
5. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced.
6. Sending gift cards is free only for the city of Tehran and will be sent within 72 hours after the purchase of the gift card.
7. The gift cards will be sent from 11:00 noon onwards, with the coordination of the buyer, and will reach you between 12:00 and 18:00.
8. If the purchased amount of the service is less than the credit of the card, the clients can use the remaining credit during the validity period of the card.
9. Gift cards are only for purchasing services.
10. To buy from abroad, please contact us through Whatsapp or Instagram (Note that at the moment only IRR is accepted).
11. Keep in mind that after placing an order for a gift card, the payment amount cannot be refunded in any way.
12. Admission is not possible without reservation, please be sure to make a reservation before visiting the collection.
